Review skills profiles and other key information about your team

Viewing Your Team Roster

Any users with direct reports will have access to the My Team section of SkillsDB. You can view a list of all of your direct reports by navigating to the Direct Reports page.

Viewing Individual Profiles

After selecting one of your direct reports, you can view all of their assigned roles or competency groups.

View Skills and Grades

You can then view their assigned skills and grades by selecting and expanding one of their roles or groups.

Update a Grade

You can update your manage grade for a particular skill by selecting the manager grading pill.

This will open a grading dialogue directly when you can adjust and save your grade.
